Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms had a beautiful view of the sea, where we enjoyed our morning coffee. They were clean, comfortable, and even came with a nanny service, which was so convenient. Despite a small delay with the room readiness, the staff kindly escorted us to the grill for a bite to eat while our nanny met us there.

I can't stress enough how fantastic the staff at the hotel are! They were so friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly special. One lovely gesture was how they catered to my husband's love for coconut water, always making sure he had some. They even organized a beach birthday party for my daughter, which she absolutely loved.

While the reserved area was a bit small, the resort's location was excellent. The lush surroundings with mature palm trees and other greenery created a picturesque setting. We were more than happy to trade off luxurious accommodations for the outstanding service and having a nanny onsite. The beach area was ideal for families, with shallow waters and plenty of space for kids to play.

Dining at the hotel was a huge hit for us. The food, especially the nachos, was perfect for both us and the kids. The convenience of the timing, from 12:30 to 1:30 PM, was just what we needed during our stay. One meal that stood out for me was by far the best experience, truly outstanding.
